Privacy Policy
In short: we store only what the site cannot work without, we never sell it, and we delete it on request.
What we store
- Sign-in data. Your identifier at the sign-in provider and the public information from it: for Telegram — id, name, username and profile photo; for Steam — SteamID64, nickname and avatar from your public Steam profile. We do not receive or store passwords.
- Uploaded demos and analysis results. The original
.demfile is kept for a limited period after analysis (usually 14 days), so that it can be downloaded or analyzed again. The replay, report and player profiles are kept until you delete the match. - "Correct / incorrect" ("верно / неверно") ratings that you give to the analysis findings, used to measure the accuracy of the analysis.
- "This is me" ("Это я") marks — the SteamIDs of players you have marked as yourself, used for "My progress" ("Мой прогресс").
- Teams that you created or joined: name, members, roster by SteamID and the invitation link.
- The times of your analyses over the last 24 hours — for the daily limit.
- Technical server logs (request address, time, errors) — for diagnostics, kept for a short time.
Other players' data
A demo is a recording of a match: it contains the nicknames and SteamIDs of all ten players. This is the same information that is visible in the game itself. The analysis of a match is visible only to the person who uploaded it and to the site administrators. If you have joined a team, your matches are also visible to the members of that team (view only) for as long as you remain a member. Avatars of the players in a match are taken from their public Steam profiles and cached on the server for up to 7 days.
Why
- to sign you in and show your matches only to you;
- to mark your player in a match if Steam is linked;
- to send you a Telegram message when an analysis is ready (if you signed in via Telegram);
- to enforce limits and protect the service from abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell it and do not share it for advertising. Steam and Telegram are involved only in verifying your sign-in. An AI report on a match is started manually by an administrator: for it, a summary of the match is sent to an external AI service. Anonymized usage statistics go to PostHog (see "Analytics").
Payments for the Pro subscription are accepted by Paddle.com (the seller, Merchant of Record): you enter your card details, email and billing address in the Paddle form, and we do not receive them. From Paddle we receive only the customer and subscription identifiers, the subscription status and its end date — to enable Pro on your account.
Analytics
We collect anonymized events about how the site is used: page views, button clicks, demo uploads and parsing results. The events are sent through our server to PostHog (servers in the USA). No cookies are used for this and no third-party scripts are loaded on the pages.
- A guest is told apart by a daily anonymized hash (IP + browser data); it changes every 24 hours. People behind the same address with an identical browser may be counted as one guest.
- When you sign in, the events from this browser during that day are linked to your account.
- A signed-in user is identified by an internal account identifier — without a name, nickname, Steam/Telegram id, file names or match ids.
- The IP address is sent to PostHog truncated (without its last part: the last octet for IPv4, everything after the first 48 bits for IPv6) and only to determine the country. Account-deletion events and background events that have no request are sent without an IP.
- If "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control is enabled in the browser, interface events are not sent. Service events about parsing ("parsing finished" / "parsing failed", only the map, duration, number of rounds and error type) are sent without being tied to a request and do not take that signal into account.
Cookies
One session cookie (so that you stay signed in) and a short-lived cookie for the duration of the Steam sign-in. The theme and the state of screens are stored in your browser (localStorage). There are no advertising trackers or third-party scripts.
Deletion
Analytics events in PostHog are stored under an internal identifier without a name; after the account is deleted they cannot be linked to a person. They can be erased completely on request to the service administrator.
A match is deleted with the button in the match list — together with the demo and the results.
You can delete your entire account yourself: account menu → "Account and data" ("Аккаунт и данные") → "Delete my account and data" ("Удалить мой аккаунт и данные") (to confirm, you need to type the word "удалить" ("delete")). The following are deleted immediately and irreversibly: the account and linked sign-ins, all matches you uploaded with all analysis files and original demos (an analysis in the queue is stopped), your "correct / incorrect" ("верно / неверно") ratings, "This is me" ("Это я") marks, the teams you created (their members lose access to each other's matches); you leave other people's teams. You are signed out; signing in again with the same Steam or Telegram will create a new empty account.
Matches uploaded by other people are not deleted, even if you played in them: that is their data — ask the uploader to delete the match. So that an old session or the former access list cannot restore a deleted account, an irreversible hash of the Telegram identifier and the deletion time are kept — without a name or any other data. Technical server logs are purged on schedule. The site administrator's account cannot be deleted this way; if something did not work, write to the administrator.
